Are you ready to get cooking?
Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.
PANTRY LIST
- 4 tbsp EVOO
- 2 tbps butter
- 1 cup fresh mushroomsÂ
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup raisins
- kale or swiss chard (asparagus is a good option too)
- 1 cup quinoa (any colour is fine)
- your favouite protein (chicken, turkey, sausage or tofu all work great)
- fresh parsley
- salt & pepper
KITCHEN TOOLS
- cutting board & knife
- tongs
- large frying pan or wok
- meduim pot or rice cooker
We'll be using the counter and the stove top. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
