Vegetable Lasagna with Lentil "Meat" Sauce
Nothing says home for the holidays like a savoury baked lasagna. Switch it up this year with this healthy and incredibly delicious pasta-less version. In this class you'll learn how to make a lentil meat sauce and swap out the pasta for delicious sautéed veggies!

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.
PANTRY LIST
- 2 cans whole stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 eggplant
- 2 small zucchinis
- fresh thyme, basil & chives
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 - 2 cups milk (whole, nut or oat)
- 2 cups mozzarella
- salt & pepper
KITCHEN TOOLS
- cutting board & knife
- tongs
- large frying pan
- baking dish
We'll be using the stove and oven. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe.
