This is hands down the best roasted chicken with notes of fresh thyme, garlic and a touch of honey. We'll level up your weeknight dinner by pairing it with with a decadent pumpkin risotto and salad, all made from scratch in about an hour!

PANTRY LIST
- arborio rice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- pumpkin purée
- hot water
- fresh thyme
- chili flakes
- garlic powder
- honey
- chicken thighs (skin on & bone in)
- salt & pepper
- parmesan cheese
KITCHEN TOOL
- large frying pan
- baking tray
- tongs
- wooden spoon
We'll be using both the oven and stove. As for everything else, we will do all the steps together and I will guide you through the entire recipe!
