Shrimp Ravioli with Luscious Green Sauce
Inspired by my travels to the Caribbean, these shrimp ravioli are a fusion of flavours and methods! The result is a light and vibrant dish that is as tasty as it is beautiful to look at.

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.
- 1 pack frozen dumpling wrappers (thawed)
- 2 cups raw shrimp, shelled & deveined
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 green onions
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 1 cup frozen peas or eddamame
- 3 tbsp ricotta cheese
- fresh basil
- 1 lemon
- pepper corns or chilli flakes
- flake salt
- cutting board & knife
- large pot
- large sauté pan
We'll be using the counter and stove. Please have all the ingredients washed and tools out and ready to use. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
