About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.

Serves 4


  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • flake salt
  • 2 cups cauliflour
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cup labneh or greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • flake salt
  • fresh cilantro or parsely


  • cutting board & knife
  • 2 large bowl
  • large sauté pan
  • tea towel

We'll be using the counter and stove. Please have all the ingredients washed and tools out and ready to use. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
