About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of the tools & ingredients for this class.


  • 3/4 cup avocado oil
  • 15-20 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chicken breast per person
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • lettuce
  • 1-2 tomato
  • 1 - 2 cuccumbers
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 -2 pitas per person
  • shish taouk seasoning 
  • salt & pepper


  • food processor or hand held immersion blender
  • cutting board & knife
  • mixing bowls
  • tongs
  • large frying pan or grill
  • bamboo squewers (optional)

We'll be using the counter and the stove top. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
