PANTRY LIST
- 3/4 cup avocado oil
- 15-20 cloves of garlic
- 1 chicken breast per person
- 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- lettuce
- 1-2 tomato
- 1 - 2 cuccumbers
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 -2 pitas per person
- shish taouk seasoning
- salt & pepper
KITCHEN TOOLS
- food processor or hand held immersion blender
- cutting board & knife
- mixing bowls
- tongs
- large frying pan or grill
- bamboo squewers (optional)
We'll be using the counter and the stove top. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
