About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.


  • 1 -2 eggs per person
  • 1 red belle pepper
  • 2 cans whole stewed tomatoes
  • 1 medium onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2-3 tsp harrisa paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tbsp EVOO
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • fresh cilantro
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread or several fluffy pitas


  • cutting board & knife
  • tongs & wooden spoon
  • small bowl or measuring cup
  • large oven safe pan

We'll be using the stove top and oven. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
