Are you ready to get cooking?
Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.
PANTRY LIST
- 1 -2 eggs per person
- 1 red belle pepper
- 2 cans whole stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 2-3 tsp harrisa paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- fresh cilantro
- 1 loaf of crusty bread or several fluffy pitas
KITCHEN TOOLS
- cutting board & knife
- tongs & wooden spoon
- small bowl or measuring cup
- large oven safe pan
We'll be using the stove top and oven. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
