About the Class
Are you ready to get cooking?
Here's a list of basic ingredients & tools to have ready for this class.
PANTRY LIST
- veal, chicken or pork cutlets (1 per person)
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- pinch of salt & pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups italian bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 lemons
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 pack of gnocchi
- parmesan cheese
KITCHEN TOOLS
- 3 wide bowls or dishes
- 1 pot
- 1 pan
- 1 baking tray
- tongs
- wooden spoon
- microplane or zester
- cutting board
- knife
We'll be using the counter, stove top and oven. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step together as I guide you through the recipe. Looking forward to cooking with you!
