About the Class
The ingredients list and recipe details are available HERE. Please read the entire recipe and have the ingredients ready before class starts. You can use canned pumpkin purée, although I highly recommend roasting your own pumpkin and making it yourself!
You'll also need these basic kitchen tools handy for class:
- baking pan lined with parchment or a silicone pan liner
- 2 large mixing bowls
- a spatula or wooden spoon
- ice cream scoop
- measuring cups & spoons
