About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of basic ingredients & tools to have ready to use for this class.


Per 12 inch pizza or 2 small pizzas

  • 1 ⅓ cups all-purpose or 00 flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk or water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ a can of whole italian tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella or 200 grams grated mozzarella
  • fresh basil


  • cutting board & knife
  • baking tray
  • parchment paper
  • mixing bowl & spoon

We'll be using the counter & oven. Please have all the ingredients and tools out and ready to use. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
