About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.


  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup shredded mushrooms
  • 3/4 lbs groud pok, veal or shrimp ( or 1/4 of each :)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp chili flakes


  • rolling pin
  • food processor
  • tongs
  • large frying pan
  • knife & cutting board
  • 2 large + 2 small bowls

We'll be using the counter and the stove top. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. If you don't have a food processor, you can use a mandalin or chop the veggies with a knife. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
