About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.

Serves 2


  • 1 cup jasmin rice
  • 1 pack firm tofu
  • fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • rice vinegar
  • white miso paste pr soya sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup starch (arrowroot or corn)
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 small cuccumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded raddishes or daikon
  • 1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime
  • chopped cilantro
  • nori


  • cutting board & knife
  • rice pot or cooker
  • large mixing bowl

We'll be using the counter and stove. Please have all the ingredients washed and tools out and ready to use. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
