Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.
PANTRY LIST
- ½ cup dried porcinis or 1/3 cup porcini powder
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lb ground pork or 1 cup brown lentils
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- fresh black pepper
- 1 ½cups frozen peas
- 3 large starchy pototoes
- 2 medium rutabegas
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- chopped parsley
KITCHEN TOOLS
- cutting board & knife
- large rectangular baking dish or 8 ramekins
- 2 large pots
- potato masher & wooden spoon
We'll be using the counter, stove & oven. Please have all the ingredients and tools out and ready to use. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
