CLASS - Fish en Papillote with Wine & Herbs
Simple to master, the papillote method traditionally uses parchement paper to create an envelope / pocket to cook fish with aromatics and wine in the steam it creates. In this class we'll look at various flavour combinations to pair with your favourite fish.

About the Class
Learn to master the en Papillote method to make flavourful and delicious fish meals.
To cook along simply have you favourite fish filets (fresh is best), some fresh herbs (or the spice rack will work too), either dry white wine or citrus, and your favourite veggies!
