Are you ready to get cooking?
Here's a list of basic ingredients & tools to have ready for this class.
PANTRY LIST
- 1 pork loin  ( per 2 persons)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp whole mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- pinch of chili flakes
- 8 whole shallots
- EVOO
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup water, white port or dry white wine
- fresh thyme (1-2 sprigs)
- 2 cups (packed) baby arugula
- side dish of your choice (i'll be doing potatoes)
KITCHEN TOOLS
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 large pan
- 1 cutting board & knife
We'll be using the counter, stove top and oven. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step together as I guide you through the recipe. Looking forward to cooking with you!
