Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.
PANTRY LIST
- 1 chicken break per person
- 2 ripe pears
- 2 medium onions
- 2 thin slices of brie cheese per breast
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp truffle zest
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- fresh thyme & chives
- 5 large russet potatoes
- salt & pepper
KITCHEN TOOLS
- cutting board & knife
- tongs
- large oven safe frying panÂ
- large pot
We'll be using the counter, stove and oven. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
