About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.


  • 1 chicken break per person
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 thin slices of brie cheese per breast
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp truffle zest
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh thyme & chives
  • 5 large russet potatoes
  • salt & pepper


  • cutting board & knife
  • tongs
  • large oven safe frying pan 
  • large pot

We'll be using the counter, stove and oven. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
