Baked Feta Chicken with Greek Potatoes
This has been one of my favourite recipes for decades now. With notes of oregano, roasted red belle pepper, salty feta and of course a side of lemony potatoes... this authentic Greek inspired meal is so incredibly tasty and the best part, ready in under an hour!

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have out and ready to use during this class.
PANTRY LIST
- chicken breasts ( 1 per person)
- 3/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- russet potatoes (1-2 per person)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 leek
- 1 red onion
- garlic powder
- oregano
- papkrika
- EVOO
- butter
- 2 lemons
- salt & pepper
KITCHEN TOOLS
- large frying pan
- baking tray
- tongs
- wooden spoon
- knife & cutting board
- tin foil
We'll be using both the oven and stove. Please wash the ingredients and have them out. We will do each step together as I gide you through the recipe!
