About the Class

Are you ready to get cooking?

Here's a list of basic tools & ingredients to have ready to use for this class.


  • high heat cooking oil (avocado, coconut or grape seed are all great)
  • bok choy (1-2 per person)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • favourite protein (tofu, shrimp, chicken or pork)
  • fresh basil
  • chili flakes
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp corn or arrow root starch
  • cold water
  • black or white sesame seeds
  • 1 pack noodles (soba, black bean or rice)


  • cutting board & knife
  • tongs
  • large frying pan or wok
  • meduim pot

We'll be using the counter and the stove top. Please wash the ingredients and have them all out. We will do each step as I guide you through the recipe!
