Almond Crusted Cod with Cucumber Relish & Tomato Bisque
This class is all about textures and harmonies of flavour. We'll use almond flour to create an outer crust on the cod and then sear it to release a beautiful nutty flavour. Served over creamy mashed potatoes, floating in a tomato bisque and then garnished with a fresh cucumber relish.

Join us for an evening of learning how to use simple ingredients to create complex flavours in this beautiful cod dish! We'll be using almond flour to create an outer crust on the fish and then searing it before serving over creamy mashed potatoes, floating in a tomato bisque and garnished with a fresh cucumber relish.
