Join your host Priscilla Stuart for an immersive three part culinary experience where you'll shop the bustling Del Capo Market and learn to cook mouthwatering Sicilian dishes.
Part 1: MARKET DISCOVERY
The culinary adventure begins at one of Palermo's ancient and vibrant food markets. You'll meet up with your host, who will lead you through the bustling chaos while exploring the market. You'll discover the rich history of Sicilian produce and meet the passionate farmers and merchants behind it all. As you sample some mouthwatering treats, you'll also have the opportunity to shop for items and gifts to bring home and Priscilla will shop the freshest ingredients to use during your cooking class.
Part 2: COOKING LESSON
Just a short walk from the market is the bright and comfortable cooking studio, where you'll learn to make three courses, including home made pasta, using that beautiful market produce. With small class sizes (maximum of 6 people), Priscilla will provide personalized guidance and lead you through an interactive and semi-private cooking session. Drawing on her extensive experience as a cooking teacher and recipe developer in Montreal for over 6 years, she will help unleash your inner culinary artist while making it fun and easy to learn new cooking skills.
Part 3: WINE TASTING & LUNCH
We want you to experience the true essence of Sicilian tradition with a carefully curated selection of beautiful local wines. Not only are they delicious, but they are also most often organic, making them the perfect accompaniment to your lunchtime indulgence. After the cooking portion is done, its time to relax and savor the unique, well-balanced flavors of Catarata, Grillo, Zibibo, to name a few and break bread around our welcoming family-style table! Salute to creating beautiful memories together.

How did a Canadian end up in Sicily?
Get ready for a captivating story my friend! It all started in Fall of 2022, when I embarked on an unforgettable five-month travel sabbatical, beginning and ending in Sicily - with a few countries in between. Little did I know that this experience would change my life forever. Out of all the places I travelled to, Sicily was always my number one. I fell in love with the stunning beauty and culture and after a two month trial run in Palermo, I made the daring decision to pack up my life in Canada. Fast forward to July 2023, and I am now officially living my dream as a local in this incredible city.
Every day here is a new adventure. I love exploring the lively street markets and indulging in mouthwatering local dishes. The charm of this place never ceases to amaze me. In fact, I am so inspired by Sicily that I have made it my mission to share its wonders with others.
And when I'm not busy sharing Sicily's magic, you'll find me on its breathtaking beaches, soaking up the enchantment of the fiery sunsets. It's fair to say that Sicily has completely stolen my heart and soul.
